Born and raised in Jamaica, Sian Hackett Jones is an experienced educator with a deep commitment to nurturing young minds. She holds a degree in Primary Education and began her teaching career in Jamaica, where she dedicated 17 years to shaping the educational journeys of primary school students. Driven by her passion for learning and professional growth, she later migrated to Canada, where she furthered her expertise by studying Early Childhood Education.
While living in Canada she gained extensive experience working with children in the early years. Her career has been dedicated to understanding and supporting the developmental milestones of young children, ensuring that they receive the attention, care, and education they need to thrive in their formative years.
With a deep understanding of early childhood education and a commitment to making a positive impact, Sian is driven by the belief that every child deserves a strong foundation for lifelong learning. In 2023, Sian made the decision to migrate to the Cayman Islands, seeking new professional and personal opportunities.
