Staff Check-In September 2023
Hi all,
To help get us into the groove this year, and given we have a lot of new faces with us, we’re asking all staff to take a few minutes to complete this short form. This will form the basis for our staff review process this year as it will give us a platform to build on as we work through the next year.
The initial questions seek to confirm some personal details, please answer them all even if we already have your email address or phone numbers, it’s just helpful to have confirmation.
