Senior Teacher Reviews 2021/22

For the 2021/22 head teacher year end reviews we would like to ask you to complete the below form, which is broken into 3 sections: (1) Working as a Team; (2) Best Practice; (3) Personal Development.

Once the form is submitted a copy of your responses will be sent back to your personal email address, and copied to Clare for her review. This will then be used as the basis for the mid year staff review meeting to be scheduled for this week if possible!! Apologies on the short notice and short time to complete.

Working as a Team

In considering your role in the team, do you feel you present a positive attitude? Helpful and approachable by your peers? Do you approach unexpected problems with possible solutions? Do you contribute ideas or suggestions to improve the class or the school?

Do you welcome and recognize ideas shared by your team?

Are team meetings appropriate, timely and productive? Are good notes kept of team meetings?

Do you feel you have been able to delegate effectively to maximize your own efficiency, while also providing for opportunities for your team to take greater responsibility and involvement?

Do you feel your lesson plans a appropriate, challenging, differentiated as needed to be effective for a variety of abilities?

Are you satisfied that assessment and progress notes have been documented, and provide an adequate platform to determine next steps for learning?

Are you confident speaking with your fellow staff, your students, and their parents/caregivers, and always ensure communication is constructive, effective and supportive?

Do you keep confidential all information regarding our students, families and our school?

Do you take responsibility for helping to ensure your class is kept tidy, organized and has the necessary supplies?

Do you have a good understanding of the schools policies and procedures?

Do you contribute and collaborate between classes as needed, sharing ideas and solutions across year groups where possible?

Do you actively participate in developing and maintaining the schools Self Evaluation Framework which servers basis for the schools Self Improvement Plan?
